Hi, It's great to finally introduce my new design. This beautiful flat bed trolley for moving heavy stuff is simple yet effective. The design is highly modular, so you can choose the bed size and wheels that suit your needs best. Counting the static max load is easy - just add up the maximum load capacity of all four wheels, which in this case is 240kg when using 60kg per wheel. **Essential Items:** - Aluminum tube (25x25x1.5-2mm) for a bed size between 40-60cm wide will be enough to last 2m. - Heavy-duty wheels with a maximum load capacity of up to X kg - choose the ones that meet your requirements. - Screws - a lot are needed, but I'll try to get back with an entire list. Buying printed parts and purchasing what you need at a hobby market is also an option. - Nuts - same as screws, buy what fits best. - A wooden or other type of board 18mm thick will work perfectly for this design. If you use thicker boards, just let me know so I can upload compatible bumpers. - Printed parts are necessary. **Tools:** - Screwdriver - Wrench set - Drill (battery powered is okay) - Drill bits for wood (2, 3, and 6mm should be enough) I hope you like it and decide to make your own.
