Foldable eBike

This eBike was created as part of a design project for a fourth-year course at NTU, boasting features such as a 26.6kg weight, reaching speeds of up to 25 km/hr, and powered by an assistive motor drive. It offers a runtime of half an hour and includes front fork suspension and hydraulic brake calipers from Hope. The bike is equipped with Shimano chainsets, Hope brake disks, front headlights, and taillights for safety. Additionally, it has an electro-permanent magnet-based locking mechanism for the wheels, with a frame made of Al 6061-T6 material to support up to 120kg.
