Foldable Credit Card Size Phone Stand - Print in Place

<p>This is a folding phone stand that is small enough to fit in your wallet. Print it and take it with you wherever you go!</p><p>The overall dimensions are 85mm x 53.5mm x 4mm. This is the thinnest I could make it without breaking the design, which leaves it about the thickness of 4 credit cards.</p><p>It can be adjusted to 2 different angles when unfolded (see pictures)</p><p>As for printer settings, make sure your printers dimensional accuracy is dialed in or it may not print right. You may also need a brim to keep it from warping and so I've included a second file with a custom brim added. Most slicing software will add the brim to the inside pieces as well meaning you have to cut them with a razor afterwards. If you don't want that but need a brim, download the file with the custom brim added. When it's done printing you may need a scraper or butter knife to unstick the folding pieces but they should come apart pretty easily. I had no problem with it.</p><p>I printed this in blue/gray Overture PLA at 30% infill and 0.1mm layer height on a Creality CR-10s</p><p>Let me know what you think of the design and I hope you enjoy it!</p>
