The Fokker Dr.I, nicknamed Dreidecker or "triplane" in German, was a World War I fighter plane manufactured by the renowned Fokker-Flugzeugwerke company. The Dr.I gained significant attention during the spring of 1918 as it saw extensive use on the battlefields. Notably, Manfred von Richthofen achieved his final 19 aerial victories while piloting this aircraft and met his demise in a tragic event that occurred on April 21, 1918.
