Multiple format files are included for convenience. The Fokker F-27 Friendship is a twin-engine turbo-prop commercial aircraft developed by Fokker in 1950, with its first flight in November 1955. Initial design issues led to modifications and an extended fuselage. Manufactured from 1958 to 1987, over 900 were built by Fokker and Fairchild Hiller. Many were later converted to cargo service before being retired. The F-27 inspired the FH-227, Fokker F-50, and F-60 designs.
