The aircraft comes in various file formats, such as 3ds, obj, lwo, asc, dwg, dxf, u3d, and obj. The Fokker F-27 is a twin-engine turbo-prop commercial airliner designed by Fokker in 1950. It took its first flight in November 1955 under the control of Hugo Burgerhout. Due to tail heaviness, a 3-foot fuselage stretch was added, increasing seating capacity by three. Production began in 1958 and continued until 1987, with Fokker producing over 500 units, and Fairchild Hiller building another 400+ under license, including the stretched FH-227 variant. After serving as passenger planes, many were converted to cargo/express package services for FEDEX; however, these were all retired by the end of 2009. A few still remain in service today. The F-27's legacy led to the development of the Fairchild Hiller 227, a stretched version, and further design developments included the Fokker F-50 and F-60 series.
