The Fokker Dr.I, a Dreidecker or "triplane" in German, was a fighter aircraft built by Fokker-Flugzeugwerke that served extensively throughout the spring of 1918. Notorious for being the plane in which Manfred von Richthofen achieved his final 19 victories, it also marked the location where he met his demise on April 21, 1918.
