This is a collection of focusing aids for various lens and focusser ring diameters. Accurate focus is crucial in astrophotography or macro photography. By hand-turning the focus ring on DSLR lenses, it's challenging to achieve precise focus (most likely, you'll be able to turn the focus ring by degree precision). With this tool attached, you can attain really precise focus as you'll be turning a screw on one of the two parts, increasing the precision 50-fold to 100-fold depending on your skills. The rings are designed for specific diameters and may flex up to 2-3mm in diameter. It's recommended to line the inner surface of the rings with velour tape. One ring should be attached to the focus ring, while the second ring should be attached to the lens barrel (the non-moving part).
