I get easily distracted by all the tasks that need doing! This project aims to help me stay focused on what matters most. The left tray is where I write down everything I need to do. Whenever something comes up, it goes straight onto this tray. On the other hand, the right tray is for the things I've already completed. It's intentionally larger than the to-do tray so that I can see just how much I've accomplished! The middle hexagon marks the one task that requires my immediate attention. The trays are designed specifically for standard 9x9cm (3.5x3.5inch) note sheets, which are widely available. Behind the focus hex is a storage area where an extra blank sheet is always within easy reach. I've included two designs: one curved to draw the focus hex closer, and another straight design. You can print it in one piece or break it down into smaller parts if your printer allows, then glue them back together for a custom fit.
