You can use this simple focus puller to smoothly move the focus between objects without constantly checking sharpness. Just focus on one object, press a blocker into position and then switch to the other object and block its position with the other blocker. Next, start recording and shift the focus ring from one blocker to the other. That's it. You will need: -a small rubber band This has been successfully tested with: -Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM -Canon EF-S 18-55mm STM -Canon EF-S 55-250mm STM
