Supporting Focus Knob and Gear Mechanism Inside Meade ETX-80 Observer Optical Tube Assembly Insert. Reduces Focus Knob Slop and Backlash Along with Objective Lens Movement. Remove Screw and Cover to Reveal Focus Gear Mechanism. Apply Light Grease Sparingly to Rectangular Cavity in Block. Slide Block In Around Mechanism, Jiggling Focus Knob if Necessary for Smooth Installation. Ensure Block Slides into Place without Excessive Force. To Remove Block, Insert Flat-Bladed Screwdriver in Slot and Gently Pry Out. Replace Cover and Screw.
