This is a shoe mount adaptor for my Focal tripod. I initially thought I had obtained it from Thingiverse, but I also have the OpenSCAD file, which indicates that I probably created it myself. Thus, here it is. To attach your camera, you'll require a 1/4-20 short hex bolt.
