Foamboard Box Corners - custom board game box, lightbox, insulated enclosure

These corners are designed to allow you to make a hinged box up to any size foam core board that you have with no glue required! Scaled to use standard Dollar Store size foamboard, I believe it could also be scaled to work similarly with corrugated cardboard. Originally designed to make boxes for prototype board games it can also be used to make insulated enclosures for your 3d Printer or light boxes for photography! All of the components print in place, including the hinges. Each piece has serrated teeth that are able to hold the box the foam board without glue. Each piece also has small holes that can be used to further lock the foam board into each holder. Just a head's up that (especially on the lower corner pieces) releasing the supports can be tricky without cracking the model. I've found that it can be done by pushing a small flathead screwdriver behind the back of the support to crack it loose, then firmly gripping the support with some needle-nose pliers before giving a strong jerk to pull it out across the serrated teeth (which unfortunately do their job just as well on the support!).For those that don't want to sort out how to copy and flip each piece to make the total number I've included a model that has the complete set for a single box.I recommend printing with supports, using otherwise basic Cura settings: 20% infill, 2-3 layer walls, 0.4mm nozzle at normal speed. No raft/brim needed.
