Foam cutter
thingiverse
Simple DIY Foam Cutter. I employed resistance wire (nickel chromium alloy wire) in conjunction with a variable power source to regulate voltage/heat levels. Secure the hot wire using M3 screws, washers, and nuts. This design proves highly effective. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bBZyV8jwYs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6dQDvE2LW0 Print Settings: Printer: Reprap Style FFF/FDM Rafts: No requirement specified Supports: Unnecessary due to part design Resolution: 0.3 millimeters optimal for precise results Notes: Adjust print settings by adding +30% infill to the bracket and 10% infill to the hand grip for superior functionality.
