Foam Core Box Mold Corners + Cutting Guide
thingiverse
This device creates a ninety-degree angle for constructing a box mold using foam core for casting purposes. The foam core fits snugly into the slots, requiring only gluing it down to your surface after assembly. A notch every half-inch along the inside edge of the corner facilitates determining how much volume has been filled. Additionally, I have developed a guide that assists in cutting the foam core to size with one-inch gaps between measurements from one to four inches.
