Foam board bevel tool (or a Pocket Bixler)
thingiverse
Bevel up your game with this fantastic tool, guaranteed to outshine Bixler's mediocre sanding skills. Let's face it, manually beveling foam is a messy business, and even the most skilled craftspeople can't replicate identical results. That's why this ingenious device will give you a spot-on 45-degree finish every time, just like a machine. Get the correct version for your dominant hand - "Foamboard Bevel RH-A" or "Foamboard Bevel RH-B" for right-handers, and "Foamboard Bevel LH-A" or "Foamboard Bevel LH-B" for lefties. Don't worry if you've seen similar models elsewhere; this one was designed to meet the author's specific needs, despite being a finicky model to perfect. The filament used has some imperfections, but don't let that deter you - just print and adjust as needed. The author tested this tool with R.L. Adams foamboard and Stanley 11-921 all-purpose razor blades, but feel free to experiment with other blades and share your results. Just be aware that the dimensions might vary. As a seasoned modeler, the author took into account the limitations of their old 3D printer, so holes are intentionally oversized to ensure proper fitment. Always test print parts before bulk printing to avoid any issues.
