Foam board 90 degree cutter with depth control
thingiverse
I needed a tool that would guarantee my foam board cuts were **perpendicular**, and allow me to precisely **control the depth** of the cut. So I created this model that hosts a hobby knife modeling (carving) blade, which can be completely retracted for storage. You can use M2 screws to mount the blade, but I've found it better to slightly enlarge the hole on the blade with my Dremel, and use M3 screws instead. Then you can attach an M3 knob (tip: there are many options available here on Thingiverse) to the back, so you can adjust the depth of the cut without needing any other tool.
