Hello!\nThis rad-looking gas mask is one of my top survival gear picks. There's a high chance you recognize it because it's super iconic and often appears in media as a cool respirator, even if it rarely gets named.\nIt's been used by various military and civilian groups, including the British special forces, who utilized versions for counter-terrorist and regular operations overseas with both SAS and SBS teams.\nI modeled this after an ex-police example I own because I'm a huge nerd.\nAs for the model itself, it mostly uses 2K maps, was built in 3DS Max, and baked in xnormal. I was pleasantly surprised by how much of a difference a good cavity map made in PBR!\nIt actually turned out to be fairly high-poly, but a few LODs helped with that in-engine.\nThe bust mesh came from the Polycount wiki (thanks!).\nI imported this into ARMA 3, so you can run around shooting stuff while wearing it:\nhttp://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=793350643
