This project is still evolving. Designed a flywheel that incorporates a 608zz bearing and weights specifically for use in a Pinewood Derby car on the outer ring. Once I see how well this flywheel performs in its intended application, I will add a connecting hole for a rod. Ideally, this will enable the use of a model engine of some sort. 5/29/20: Created an updated version with double spokes, smaller than the original design. 6/2/20: Added a refined version, featuring five spokes, and weights that extend all the way through the wheel.
