Flysky / Turnigy i6 Transmitter FPV Mount
thingiverse
This is my solution to pair a Flysky i6 transmitter with an Eachine FPV monitor, though it should work with other displays that use the same rear screw-to-square-nut mounting method. I wanted it to be solid but also removable to make transport easy and hoped to avoid any additional adhesives/cable ties. After several iterations, this is the version that I have found best meets those goals. Printed using Bilby 3D PLA at 10% infill on a Flashforge Dreamer, it is quite solid. Tolerances are very tight to ensure pieces snap together and stay together so results may vary on other printers and materials. Additional materials you will need are just a screw, square nut, and possibly a washer for mounting the FPV monitor (Bolt approximately 12mm deep with diameter to match your screen mount (mounting holes are 6mm diameter)). This was my first design using Onshape. Loving it so far; I highly recommend it. I'd love to hear about your experience with this design. If you have any questions or feedback, please get in touch. Happy flying! Print Settings Printer: Flashforge Dreamer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Standard Infill: 10% Notes: PLA works fine so far; no other materials tested.
