This is quick release buckle for Flysky Nirvana NV-14. Printed in PLA or other material, Layer 0.2, Brim and supports are required everywhere, use roof/floor settings in Cura for better quality. Infill settings should be between 25-30% for PLA, or 60% for PETg. To assemble this buckle, you will need the following items: a) unused radio strap; b) four M3 5mm bolts; and c) a strong six by eighteen millimeter spring, which can be found in regular three-dimensional printer hot bed leveling springs. Note that some listed parts do not fit, but modifications are being made to accommodate them. This buckle is still in the testing phase, but it appears to be strong and secure. Further testing will determine its performance in real-world applications. If you are concerned about the security of this buckle, you can use one long screw to pass through both end holes. However, tightening the arm holding bolts is not recommended, as it will compromise the spring's function. Future updates include adding a spacer in the arm hole to separate the two bolts and provide a clear indication of the optimal bolt tightness. The NirvanaBuckle_8.stl design has been strengthened but requires longer arm screws (7mm M3). For 7.5x20 springs, you can use either the NirvanaStrap_Easy.stl or the NirvanaStrap_Hard.stl design, depending on your preferences. The NirvanaStrap_Easy26.stl is designed for a twenty-six millimeter strap.
