Update 04/08/2018 A completely revised version of this object is now available, featuring a modular design that can be attached with an additional toggle switch component. For further details on the remixed object, please visit the following link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3028537 Update: 13/6/2018 A new model file has been added to this project (FLYSKY gimbal Rubber). The initial version of the design experienced a loss of grip over time due to the material used (PLA). This updated object is essentially the same modified version as the first design, but with one key difference: it allows for the attachment of rubber bands at the bottom for extended grip. This modification addresses the issue encountered with the original design. Upload: 11/10/2017 This simplified design serves as a protective cap for my FlySky radio control gimbals. Its primary purpose is to safeguard RC gimbals during transportation in backpacks, thereby preventing damage to these delicate components. The design is engineered to snap onto gimbal sticks and remain securely attached. I personally use the FLYSKY FS-i6X RC system, and when printing this object, I employed a 0.3 nozzle without any support structures. For additional dimension details, several photos have been uploaded to provide further insight into this project's specifications.
