Flyscreen quadcopter

Flyscreen quadcopter

thingiverse

This quadcopter design uses folded aluminum bars from a fly screen as arm struts, with motor mounts adjustable diagonally at 42mm between bolts. A build materials list and video demonstrations are available online. The build weighs 906 grams with a 2200mAH li-po battery and 400g steel dead weight for five minutes of flight time. To replicate, print hub pieces and four additional parts, potentially printing extra legs due to their breakable design. Cut four 200mm flyscreen frame bars for the arms, fitting motor mounts and sleeves with channel pieces before attaching leg pieces. Ensure thorough testing is done off-props to avoid accidents.
