Flynn was scanned in 3D using our advanced scanning rig, which comprises 96 DSLR cameras capturing an enormous total of 1.8 Giga pixels of data for every scan. We worked closely with our friends at CapturingReality.com to process the data - their sophisticated software is able to analyze each image and identify unique points on each one, then plot these points in precise 3D space if they appear on more than one image.
