90* corner brace for 202 extrusion and M4x8-10mm hardware. The counter sinks are large enough to use any head style you like, panhead, cheesehead or socket cap and washer. I suggest 1.5+mm walls and 30-60% infill. 0.3mm layer height is fine, but 0.15-0.2 will yield a better end result. The inner hypotenuse is 86mm to clear the Y brackets and driveshafts on the bear. 1 version with alignment tabs, 1 without. These will not clear the X carriage, I will update with one that does. Use support for the alignment tabs!
