Human: 90-degree corner brace for 202 extrusion and M4x8-10mm hardware. The countersinks are spacious enough to accommodate any head style you choose, including panhead, cheesehead, or socket cap with washer. I recommend 1.5+ mm walls and 30-60% infill. A 0.3 mm layer height is acceptable, but 0.15-0.2 will yield a better outcome. The inner hypotenuse measures 86mm to clear the Y brackets and driveshafts on the bear. Two versions are available: one with alignment tabs and one without. These braces will not clear the X carriage; I will update them to do so. Use supports for the alignment tabs! Print Settings Printer: Flyingbear P902 Rafts: It doesn't matter. Supports: It doesn't matter. Resolution: 0.15-0.3 mm is a suitable range. Infill: 30% or more is recommended. Notes: I suggest using PLA, as it's stiffer than ABS. Unless you have an enclosed printer or a heated chamber and the parts will be exposed to 45c+, use ABS instead. Also, note that even slight edge ringing can throw off the brace's angle, so your printer needs to be well-trammed for these braces to be of good use.
