Flying Titan (clone) extruder mount for Delta-Printer
thingiverse
Mount the E3D Titan Extruder clone, paired with a pancake stepper, to your delta printer for optimal performance. This configuration works best when used in conjunction with my "Flying Extruder Mount for Anycubic Kossel Plus Linear". I've added a hook to facilitate mounting a counterweight, providing additional stability. To enhance cooling, consider attaching a 50 or 40 mm fan to the backside of the stepper motor. For the counterweight setup: A gt2 belt attached to the flying mount extends over the "Rad" and "Achshalter", then wraps around a 20cm steel rod with a diameter of 5mm, connecting to the "FlaschenzugRahmen". This allows for multiple routing options. To secure the belt in place, use three M4x20mm screws with nuts and six 604 bearings. From there, you can either hang a counterweight from the gt2 belt or guide it over the "Flaschenzugrolle" and "Flaschenzughalter", then fasten it to the "2020gurthalter" on the V-Slot. However, this configuration requires double the weight. My own counterweight is an industrial linear rail, weighing approximately 600g. When paired with a 1:2 ratio, it exerts a force of around 300g at the flying extruder mount, reducing acceleration and providing greater stability.
