Assembly and demonstration video: https://youtu.be/zF34Cr0AbXw This 3D printed flying spinner toy requires careful assembly, starting with loading the spring via the wheel on the bottom. Once loaded, simply place the rotor on top and push the trigger to send it flying. The entire device is made from PLA, except for ball bearings which require more robust materials for optimal performance. Elastic materials may not provide the same level of spring tension as traditional plastics. Assembly is straightforward: insert bearings into the handle's top and bottom, slide the trigger into its designated hole on the side, and then attach the spindle from below. The spring fits snugly inside the spindle and handle, while the cover has a gentle press fit. A small pin can be inserted through the rotor's underside to keep it spinning after landing. If the spring breaks, simply insert a pin under the ledge of the handle for easy removal. This toy requires two 12x18x4 ball bearings for optimal performance. While printable bearings are available, they may not deliver the same results as genuine ball bearings. Removing rubber seals from the bearings can reduce friction: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&toolid=11800&pub=5575353675&campid=5338226872&mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2F1-5pcs-6700-6701-6702-6703-6704-6705-2RS-Rubber-Sealed-Deep-Groove-Ball-Bearing%2F283291137387
