It's come to my attention that age is catching up with me, and it seems my arms are shrinking right before my eyes. Admitting defeat is never easy, but I'm almost ready to concede that reading glasses have become a necessity. The real challenge lies in keeping track of the various types - sunglasses, safety glasses, you name it. I was observing someone recently who had a small magnetic clip attached to his shirt; he used it to hang his glasses on it and I thought to myself, "Ah ha! This is exactly what I need to keep my reading glasses organized." It would also make for a stylish complement to my trusty pocket protector. The magnets I had available were .315 inches in diameter and .120 inches tall. To provide extra support, a small metal plate was cut from a scrap piece of material I happened to have on hand. I'm printing this out now as proof that the benevolent Spaghetti Monster can indeed heal the body. Miraculously, my vision has improved - I can read fine print without straining and see objects at a distance with ease.
