Flying Sea Turtle

When a film spreads through the web, it shows that a plastic straw pulled out from a poor turtle's nostrils has slightly changed the world. Many people have taken the initiative to stop using plastic straws, and some chain restaurants no longer offer them to their customers. However, marine debris, plastic bags, fishing hooks, abandoned fishing nets, etc., also lead turtles to death in the ocean. The rapid development of science and technology has created many substances that should not exist in nature. Unfortunately, most species are not evolving fast enough to catch up with humans. I've seen turtles swimming below me while snorkeling. The slow waving movement of their forelimbs looked like they were flying under the sea, which provided inspiration for my origami turtle creation, "Flying Sea Turtle." I used a prototype from my previous work and added more details, using movable mechanisms to imitate the body undulating and relative movements of the neck and body of a sea turtle. My goal is to reproduce turtles swimming gracefully under the sea! After weeks of hard work, I completed the "Flying Sea Turtle" automata. I love it a lot! The design process and final results bring me joy and achievements. I hope everyone can be delighted during assembly. Thanks to SpiderMaker for sponsoring this creation.
