A (mainly) parametrically designed flying saucer showcases a hollow dome, allowing for the insertion of a pilot figure like an octopus or Colbert. Update on 8/1/11 includes a top-domed hatch for added thrill; machine clearances on the hinge might necessitate adjustments. Two hatch versions with tighter clearances were uploaded on 12/16/11 (V4 and V5) to ensure better fit. Assemble by printing the upper and lower halves, inserting three 3mm filament pieces into registration holes, and gluing them together. If using a hatch version, print it separately and snap it in place.
