Flying Propeller Toy
thingiverse
You've probably flown one of those spinning propellers before, haven't you? You know, the ones where you tug on a string and it starts whirring around in circles. If you've never tried that but want to give it a shot, your timing is perfect. This guide consists of two parts: building the casing, assembling the mechanism, and attaching the propeller itself. I used a design by RC Life On for my propeller. The individual pieces fit snugly together but require some glue to hold them in place. Don't forget to pick up a string to use as your pull cord. Just so you know, this is purely theoretical - I haven't actually tested it yet.
