Simple remix of lorinczroby's extruder mount for the Anycubic Kossel Linear, I added 3 holes for you to attach zip tie loops - I connected those to retractable lanyards to support the weight of the extruder. Also added a hole to keep the PC-M6 PTFE connect in place, as this isn't a direct mount, you need a PTFE connector the keep the tube from moving. With this setup, I've managed to reduce the bowden tube length from 55cm to 12cm, retraction is now 2.5mm @ 60mm/s, and klipper's PRESSURE_ADVANCE=0.1
