Flying Fox Handle

Here is a flying fox handle designed for kids that I built, with features like a sturdy pulley system and reinforced handle. The handle proved robust enough to hold me at 80kg, suggesting it was constructed solidly. To add extra strength, the handle incorporates an 8mm rod running through its middle. Please be cautious when attempting to print this design as my estimates on its weight-bearing capacity are purely speculative. Instructions: I fabricated the ABS components, using 100% fill density for the side panels and pulleys and 50% for the spacers. The pulleys contain two roller-blade bearings secured with a pressed fit.
