Flying extruder brace

NOTE!!! I modified the file and test fitted the v2 bracket, which fits like a dream. The pictures have been updated to show an image of the v2 bracket installed on my printer. The files have been updated to v2. This is a remix of Mega's Flying Extruder by megablue, for which I ended up modeling from scratch. Since I got the idea from megablue, I figured I should acknowledge it. These files were designed to fit the FLsun kossel mini that I have, but they may also fit other printers. I liked the design from megablue but thought that if you're going to hang the extruder from the carriages, you should probably reinforce them. Two files for the bracket are included: one file containing all three brackets as one STL and another file for a single bracket in case you need to print just one. To install this, you'll need 9 M5x40mm bolts (the stock bolts aren't long enough). You'll also need the files provided here, including flying_extruder_triangle_mount from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1622259/#files. To assemble: remove the wheels from the carriages, then put the new bolts through the bracket and slide one spacer over each bolt before putting the wheels back on the bolts. Finally, reinstall the assembly back on the carriage. Print Settings Printer: FLsun delta Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% for the brackets and 40-50% for the spacers Post-Printing The only post-processing that may be needed is to lightly chamfer the bolt holes. I designed the brackets and spacers in Onshape, sliced with Slicer, and printed on my FLsun kossel mini using Repetier-Host.
