Hi, this is my revised flying extruder design for delta printers. You can easily adjust the height using screws of varying lengths - I used a combination of 1 x M3 x 45mm and 3 x M3 x 16mm screws on the upper triangle to achieve the desired configuration. For added security and stability, I employed two washers, 2 M3 nuts, and 1 NYLOCK M3 nut in the upper triangle. Update V2 (27/04/19) I've made some significant upgrades to this design: * I incorporated direct support for 4040 fans into the motor spacer. * To further enhance durability, I reinforced the area where the screw is inserted - even though it wasn't strictly necessary, the first prototype still held up well in PLA prints.
