This is a current design, still being refined. No clearance issues are anticipated on the Y-axis bar or pulley driving it. It's mounted securely using hardware that came with the printer. It's specifically designed to work seamlessly with the 40mm blower fan from Creality. The fan can be locked firmly in place using two small pieces of filament through its mounting holes. Lined support material was used, allowing for easy removal from the cavity. Feedback and revisions are always encouraged!
