Flying Bear Ghost 4S Light Head
thingiverse
Another version of the printing head for the Flying bear 4s. Designed to meet my requirements - closed circuit board housing, holder for a tube with wires, and etc. The head is maximally compact and does not reduce the print area. ATTENTION: For assembly, you will need the ability to soldering, coz to install the end cap, you need to unsolder the connector from it and solder wires directly. The board fits very tightly in its place - the main thing is to properly pack the wires going to it, then close the lid and screw. You will also need 6 screws m3, 4 screws m2-to install the blowers to the coolers. two 4010 fans. According to the results of the test, the wind from blowers feels too strong on 100 percent. I added a second version of the lid with a round tube holder. I also added a version without a fan holder, using standard mounting. The printing head is designed for maximum compactness and does not reduce the print area. The closed circuit board housing and tube holder make it easy to assemble and install. With proper packing of wires, the board fits tightly in its place. Six screws m3 and four screws m2 are required for installation. Two 4010 fans provide sufficient cooling. The test results show that the wind from blowers feels too strong on 100 percent. To improve airflow, consider adjusting the fan speed or adding a different type of fan. The second version of the lid with a round tube holder provides better accessibility and ease of use.
