Printhead for Flying Bear Ghost 4s with two turbo blowers model 4020. Printed all parts in ABS material, achieving a 100% coverage and scaling up by 102%. The tensioner and its seat must be filed down for easy gliding. An M3 nut is used for the tensioner along with a 3x30 bolt. Original bearings are pressed into place with minimal effort, featuring retaining ring grooves that ensure secure holding even without them. The turbine fan and motherboard require screws for mounting, utilizing 3x30 screws which were shortened to the desired length.
