This model displays the Philadelphia Flyers NHL hockey team's emblem, marking my first attempt at utilizing a dual-extruder. Although the design is intended to have three colors, I excluded the orange section, resulting in an eye-catching hole. During this project, I gained valuable insights: the white border was too narrow, causing the extruder's inability to fill the gaps between its edges. Additionally, my platform seemed unleveled, as the left extruder scraped against the model while the right extruder was functioning. A future improvement might involve flipping the entire design, ensuring that the shiny finish from the platform faces the model's front side. The scad file allows for adjusting the 'z' value to alter thickness. It is capable of generating both the white and black components; simply uncomment and comment the relevant module calls at the bottom of the file. The two STL files can be combined for use with dual-extruder heads, and they are labeled according to their intended colors.
