I swapped out the stock VTX that came with my FlyEgg for one that's solder switchable, offering a power range from 25 to 100mw. Unfortunately, it didn't deliver a great flight and cruise experience. I then switched to an HGLRC GTX226 VTX with a push button power range selector that goes from 25 to 600mw. To make room for my AXII stubby antenna, I needed to create a custom holder for the RF connector on this compact 3-inch quadcopter.
