FlyCam Quick Release
myminifactory
The Story I recently adopted the quick release system from FlyCam and I absolutely love it, but it's kind of expensive and I don't want to spend money on something I could easily design and print. Also, the plates only come with the sled included. You can buy the original system here: https://goo.gl/F7aUAz or here: https://goo.gl/vGYuXr Printing Guide For one full plate you need to print: 1x sane2.stl 2x guma.stl I recommend printing guma.stl from Flex or SemiFlex with the printing settings below. For the other part, you can use any filament like PLA or PET. No FLEX? If you don't have any flexible material, you can only print the noflex.stl and go with that. I printed with 4 perimeters and 5% infill. Printed in Fillementum PET at H: 230°C; B: 90°C and Fillementum SemiFlex at H: 210°C; B: 50°C with 1.02 extrusion multiplier. As I was printing vertically, I used a 2mm brim. Finishing I didn't really finish this model so here's just a few things you should consider doing: Remove the brim You can glue the flexible parts to the main body (I just press fitted) Find a suitable screw Try it!
