Flybar Nerf Scooter Replacement Dual Flywheel Cage 43mm
thingiverse
This cage is designed to replace the subpar mechanism inside the Nerf Scooter's blaster unit. It attaches to the back of fake barrels and accommodates two pairs of flywheel motors for improved performance over stock, dual-shafted motors. The motor spacing measures 43mm - a distance that satisfies most HvZ game requirements and stays safely within superstock velocities. Since the blaster is angled upwards on the scooter, any further performance enhancements will only make it less useful. (Modify the scooter at your own risk) Using this cage necessitates cutting off the original cage, which is part of the inner blaster assembly. Additional instructions will be posted soon. However, if you're one of the few individuals attempting to do this, you'll likely figure it out on your own. Space is limited for all four motors; they can simply slide in past each other. You'll need to pre-solder your wiring harness and then attach it in place. Naturally, having gone this far means you must rewire the entire blaster from scratch. Good luck!
