The blade pitch gauge is specifically made for the Furion 50 Flybarred head and includes a flybar clamp that ensures the flybar remains perpendicular to the main shaft, eliminating the need for manual adjustment or angle calculation. The clamp features 1-degree resolution angle markings on both sides for precision. To assemble, secure the pitch pointers into the blade grip using a short M4 screw and tightly fasten the flybar clamp halves to the rotor head and flybar with an M3 x 35 screw. Although designed for Furion 50 heads, this gauge may potentially work on other models; however, individual testing is advised. The provided design was successfully printed at a 10% infill rate.
