The cockpit offers a detailed instrument panel with controls and instruments, while the landing gear can be retracted or extended for animation. Available in 12 formats and 20 paint schemes, this model represents the Bowers Fly Baby - a single-seat, open-cockpit, wood and fabric low-wing monoplane designed by US aircraft designer Peter Bowers. First flown in 1962, the Fly Baby is now exhibited at the Museum of Flight in Seattle. Over 500 have been completed, with numerous examples still flying globally and a thriving community of builders and owners.
