FLY3D Fly-π & Fly TFT V1 Case V1.0

thingiverse

The Fly-π is a very nice Klipper module, which together with the Fly3D's 3.5" TFT screen makes a fully functional Klipper Box. To make it a little easier to use, a case with an integrated screen and motherboard has been drawn up and makes full use of the controllable fan connector that comes with the motherboard. A 4010 size centrifugal fan has been added and the air path has been optimised. The case has a simple door opening and closing structure for easy access and plugging in of usb devices, the mounting holes in the case itself are the same as the FLY TFT V1 (maybe useful?). . It also supports Fly3D's M2WE board (EMMC storage and wifi expansion board), for which a slot for the wifi antenna has been specially considered. The mounting holes are designed to be 2.8mm in diameter and can be screwed directly into the M3 screws. If there is a mismatch with the actual result, please adjust the hole compensation value in the slicing software. The mounting holes can be simply tapped or tapped with stainless steel wire bushings to extend the life. A small regret, due to the interference of the screen cable, TF card plugging and unplugging will be more difficult -_- Additional accessories needed for installation other than the printable parts (as much as possible, they should be some common parts) 7 x M3*8 round head screws 2 x M3*12 round head screws One M3*8 hand screw (for fixing the panel, M3*8 normal screws can also be used) 5V 4010 Centrifugal fan, Can be mounted with stickers or with 3 small M2*6 screws It is recommended to have your own heat sink Hope you can use it.
