Fly trap

Fly Catcher. A concept as timeless as the planet itself. I merely sought to infuse it with vibrancy. I'm uncertain what draws flies most effectively, but my uncle Google has numerous theories on this subject. Guidelines: The trap is designed for a bottle with an outer diameter of 74mm. You can scale it I sliced the middle section of the bottle in two places using a glass cutter and then submerged it in hot water. After some time, the bottle evenly shattered at the cut points, resulting in a cylinder. The edges were smoothed with sandpaper to ensure a better fit for the parts attached to the cylinder.
