FLUX wings TRW style (Durafly Tomahawk)3D printable wing for the FLUXWingspan: 660mmWingarea: 9,8dm²CG: 99,5mm from leading edge of root chordThe printable version consist of two large sections, two winglets and three rudder parts. All the parts should be printed in upright position.Print every part individually.Use my Cura profile as reference (single wall, no infill, 130% wall extrusion, 6 top layer, 6 bottom layer, 4 initial bottom layer, 30% overlapping, less retract, move over printed parts, print hot and slow, preferably PLA)Use 0,4mm nozzle.Use CURA 4.13.1It is designed to fit the FLUX wing spars.Use 9g Servos on it (e.g. TowerPro MG90D). You have to cut off the holders of the servo to fit.Before glueing parts together check fit. Dechamfer all parts and mating surfaces.Glue the rudder on a level surface with a straight docking line.Glue the winglets to the wing.Use high viscosity CA for the PLA parts.Use low viscosity CA for the spars, check they stick out 20mm before glueing.Cut the support pads with sharp electronic pliers close to the printed part and smooth the rest with sandpaper.For rudder and winglet use brim support. Also print upright.To connect rudder to wing use CA hinges.For the right wing you have to mirror all parts.Additional parts can be found at https://flybot.de
