Flux Syringe Tip & Plunger

This package includes an applicator tip and plunger specifically designed for use with affordable Amtech 10cc syringes made in China. These syringes are sold in bulk without any accompanying accessories. I previously used hot glue to attach a plunger base from an old Global 10ml syringe, minus the rubber end, into the red plastic pusher cap of these syringes. However, since I was creating an applicator tip, I decided to design and manufacture a plunger as well. These tubes of Chinese flux do not have threaded ends, so my applicator tip is designed to fit snugly into the nose of these syringes. The tips can be printed in just 15 minutes. Depending on your printer, they might fit too loosely or too tightly, so if the first one doesn't fit properly, you may need to adjust the scale up or down accordingly. I'm printing these on my CR-10 clone using a standard quality 0.2mm profile in Cura, and printing them vertically with no supports. The plunger is also intended to be printed vertically, with the flat end facing downwards. The plunger head has a diameter of 14mm, which fits snugly into the red pusher caps of these tubes. Printing the plungers takes over an hour, so I've included a test plug you can use first to determine the best scale for your specific tubes. Once you have the correct size, you can then scale up or down as necessary before printing the plunger. The test plug is only used for sizing purposes and takes about 12 minutes to print vertically with no supports. It's worth noting that the plungers are designed to fit tightly into the red pusher caps, requiring significant force so they don't fall out on your workbench. I highly recommend inserting the plunger while the black cap is still in place before attaching the applicator tip to avoid any mess on your work surface. I hope this information proves useful for you. UPDATE: I forgot to include the cap for the tips, but I've since added it. This new print takes only 7 minutes and should be printed vertically with the open end facing upwards, using no supports.
