<p>The flux press is designed for spraying a diameter of approximately 18.5mm<br><br>To assemble the flux press first connect the lever to the arm and then the main body to the arm. As a joint I glued shortened nails in the holes, to ensure the mobility of the parts use only a little glue on the head of the nail.</p><p>Leaver with arm joint:<br>Ø Nail: 2mm<br>Ø Head: 5mm<br>Length: 11mm</p><p>Main body with arm joint:<br>Ø Nail: 2mm<br>Ø Head: 5mm<br>Length: 16mm</p><p><br>Then slide the sliders from the front into the main body as shown in the picture.<br>Last but not least you have to insert the syringe into the holder.&nbsp;<br>Attention: exact tolerances have been used, so some force may be necessary.</p><p>Print Settings:</p><p>Material: PETG&nbsp;<br>Support: YES (only the large hole for the syringe on the main body)<br>Raft: YES (at least for the sliders)<br>Layer Height: 0.2mm&nbsp;<br>The individual files are already aligned so that they can be printed.</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p>
